But that is only half of the meyer square. You are missing the two inner cirlces of the diagram. You end with the last cut of the second row. Flowing fluidly into row three cut one seems to be the most hardest in this exercise, especially for beginners.

Miałem już okazje nieco zaznajomić się ze sztuką krzyżową na własną rękę, właśnie z książki Bartosza Sieniawskiego, ale też Zbigniew Czajkowskiego i innych znawców tematu. A że wcześniej przez prawie 6 lat ćwiczyłem japońskie Kendo, to tym łatwiej mi to przychodziło. Jednak ostatnio brak mi czasu niestety, jednak ręka wszystko pamięta.

I have a question about historical warfare. During battles, soldiers often wielded swords while simultaneously holding a musket with a bayonet attached. Were there manuals or guides on how to effectively fight in this manner? In the video shared, it seems to focus solely on bayonet fighting! :)

Sorry but this horrible. foot movement good but bit off plus hips little lower focus more back muscle, but post be cutting air keeping straight line each swing, then twist wrist at each ends point not during mid swing, waste movement energy IF can't get clear clean strikes. remember people Strength x Technique, I don't care this is explosive drill plus post be exposive each end point but so far just look like kid swinging a stick

This is authentically Polish, but it isn't authentic swordsmanship. The overly telegraphed moves for the sake of cinematic flair, the almost anime-style lingering while they stare at each other... this isn't fencing. This is filmmaking.
